Course Description
This Certificate qualification is designed for managers who have
the authority and personal inspiration to translate
organizational strategy into effective operational performance.
It is designed to help managers to build on their strategic
management and leadership skills and to focus on the
requirements of implementing the organisation’s strategy. It
concentrates on the strategic application of management theories

Qualifications Structure
The Level 7 Certificate qualifications in Strategic Management
and Leadership offer a highly flexible approach to learning.
They allow the freedom and choice to select from the broad range
of units available allowing employers and individuals to tailor
the size and elements of the qualifications to suit their
specific needs.
- To achieve a CMI Level 7 Certificate in Management and
Leadership you need to successfully complete any combination of
units to a minimum of 13 credits.
- The range of guided learning hours will be between 45 to 50
hours
- The Certificate can take between 1-3 months
This structure also allows individuals to build up credits and
transfer them between qualifications to avoid having to repeat
learning as they progress.

- Self study workbooks
- Informal practical workshops
- Practical work-based assignments
How are the qualifications assessed?
Assessment is via practical work-based assignment to minimise
time away from work and maximise return on investment for
