General English Certificate
The London CAM General English Certificate course has specially been designed with students in mind. Our aim in this course is to improve students’ English by at least one level – according to the UKBA English Framework. As part of the course, students will cover the 4 areas of English: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. 

Minimum Entry Requirements
In accordance with UKBA rules, applicants must already be able to display a level of English equivalent to CEFR B1. In order to assess this, all applicants are required to complete a written test before being accepted for Interview.
Applicants must also have completed their twelfth year study (or equivalent)

Exam
At the end of the course students will be able to choose to sit an English Examination with Cambridge, Pearson and other bodies.

This includes:
  • IELTS,
  • Pearson’s PTE,
  • Cambridge’s General English Exams (like, KET, PET, FCE, CAE and CPE)
  • Cambridge’s Certificates in ESOL Skills for Life,
  • Other courses recognised by the UK Border Agency.
